Freshman Year Navigators

Freshman Year Navigators are MSU students who work for the Center for Academic Excellence and Center for Advising. Each Navigator is assigned a group of incoming freshmen each fall and works throughout the academic year to help those freshmen navigate through their first year. Navigators email their assigned students, call them, text them, meet with them face-to-face, and work throughout the year to help their assigned freshmen succeed in school, answering questions and finding resources.
